Good news for us drinkers. Well, if you drink wine anyway. It has now been reveiled that wine drinkers can live longer than tea totallers.
Red wine, particularly Cab Sav, is full of antioxidents which help limit cell damage and are also anti-ageing. Choose a Cab Sav from a cooler climate like France, as the grape skins are much tougher and retain their healthy qualities.
White contains potassium, which lowers blood pressure. Chilean Sauv Blanc has the best qualities, along with French Chardonnay, as these are the super powers of the white wines having good anti-flammatory compounds tyrosol and caffeic acid.
